What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $999. Smaller items typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery may take 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee of $149.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Furniture Warehouse products include a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended 3-year and 5-year protection plans for accidental stains or structural damage.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
Absolutely! We offer up to five free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the materials in your own home lighting before making a final decision. Simply click 'Order Free Swatches' on any product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
